I am lawyer, I am a spiritual teacher, but first and foremost I am a human being, that extends beyond any title, any role and any box created by myself or society.
My Mission
My mission, my dharma, my destiny is to be of service to others, to spread joy and happiness to the world, to inspire people to heal themselves from the inside out with the ultimate goal of raising the vibration and the frequency of the entire humanity and the whole planet.
I want to everyone to find their true purpose, passion and path in life and I want us all to have fun while doing it. My deepest wish and prayer for the world right now is happiness and freedom for all as said in this Sanskrit Mantra:
Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu
“May all beings everywhere be happy and free and may the thoughts, words and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all”
I will give you the techniques that have been given to me. I will use my intuitive gifts to inspire you to take appropriate action so that you can rise and be the powerful, happy, sovereign human being you were born to be. You have it all inside of you, my work is only to show you what is already there. You are your own guru and you have a capacity beyond words.

J Law & J Flow. When my legal practice and my yogic & spiritual practice got to co-exist under the same roof, that’s when true magic started to happen. I took me some years to land in this decision. A had so many limiting beliefs around what I was allowed to do - a lawyer can’t also be a spiritual teacher, right?
It took courage, deep spiritual and personal work, some reprogramming, some hours on the yoga mat and A LOT of letting go of fears and stepping into vulnerability to realize that I am the only one in the way of me becoming who I truly want to be and doing what I truly want to do. So I stepped away and let myself create without boundaries, limitations or programs.

J Flow was created as the sister of J Law. Legal and spiritual practice side-by-side. The rebel side of me felt creative and I wanted to do something else with my carrier than only working as a traditional lawyer having a law firm. So I sat down to meditated on and realized that I can do both under the same roof. under which I offer all of my creative and spiritual services. J Flow truly means going with the flow and that is what I have been doing ever since I started my first company back in 2015.
J Flow offers yoga & meditation classes, spiritual information and inspiration. We host ceremonies, rituals and so much more. During the fall our offerings will expand to include sound healing, chanting sessions and some other juicy stuff.
