Yoga is for everyone.

Yoga really is for everyone, for every mind, everybody and body type (no, you don’t have to be flexible at all) and for every and all ages, beyond all that is material, beyond all our believes and beyond what your mind says you can do.

WHAT IS YOGA?

Yoga is union.

Union of our body, mind and soul. Union with the entire universe, both within and without – above and below. A deep inner sense of that we are all one, that we are the universe and that the universe is us. Yoga is a deep connection to your highest self, a path, a lifestyle, it is life - life lived in union, in compassion, in your true identity. ”

 THE WAY I DO IT

I teach yoga intuitively with a feminine vibe. That is why I love to include dancing and singing in the practice.

My classes are always filled with music and mantras. In my vinyasa flow classes I mix and match ancient sounds and mantras with modern beats, music and lyrics - here I really get to release my inner DJ.

In my kundalini classes, music and mantras are an interwoven part of the practice. The kundalini yoga tradition has given us SO many profound, magical and high vibrational mantras and I teach and practice them as much and as often as I can. Here in the west and maybe especially here in Sweden, chanting mantras is not really “mainstream” and is maybe considered a bit “out-there”, but I have really experienced the profound effects the mantras have and you wouldn’t know until you’ve tried it.

- and who wants to be mainstream anyway?

Yoga is all about your own experience - you can read a million books and stories about it, you can read here what I have to say about it and my experience of it, but no matter how much you have read you will not understand it or even know what it is until you have actually experienced it..

Work with me

Yoga is SO much more than just a physical practice.

Yoga is an experience for your body, mind and soul. It is a portal to the magic out there as well as a portal to your true authentic self.

This may sound woo woo to some people and I get that because I was you.

I didn’t care about the more esotheric part of yoga in the beginning, I did it for the physical benefits it gave me. Period.

What I didn’t know back then was that it also gave me, and still gives me, so much more, even from the start, for my overall well-being, my sleep, my habits, my creativity, my business.

Slowly, my yoga practice grew and with that my life started to improve hand in hand with the practice. This may or may not happen to you, but I can assure you that nothing will come out of it if you don’t try.

Yoga doesn’t have to be a one hour class in a yoga studio.

Yoga can be 3 minutes of breathing exercises on your office chair, on your favorite beach, couch or place. It can be a conscious breath walk out in the woods or in the city. It can be you remembering that you are a human being for a second.

It is so much easier than you think, but still it needs you being there and doing it. And that is not at all easy actually. That requires a lot of will power and strength. Sometimes we don’t have that and then I say just rest and listen within or come to one of my classes or any other yoga class and lay on the mat for an hour soaking up the energy from the room. That would also be beneficial for you.

Don’t stress, don’t feel obligated.

Yoga is not an obligation it is inspiration.

I am passionate about blending spirituality and business as I believe they go very well hand-in-hand. I’m a true soulpreneur and I am currently creating and building different programs to be able to share what I’ve learnt in this field but also on a personal development level. My intention with these programs is to meet your needs, inspire and teach the magical yogic and spiritual techniques and tools I have learnt to as many as possible.

Please have a look at the work with me page or check out the Studio and see what’s going on there and if you don’t find something for you, contact me and let’s see if we could find something that would suit you and your needs.

And stay tuned because more is coming…

The yoga practices.

Vinyasa Flow.

Vinyasa flow is a dynamic, “flowy” and really creative type of yoga, combining asanas - postures - with breath.

Yoga poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence and these sequences can be done and practiced in so many different ways which means that one vinyasa flow class may look completely different than another.

And that is one of the things I love about it, that and that it really gets me moving and feeling my body.

Vinyasa flow is a fantastic tool for helping us go from our mind and down into our bodies. Especially here in the west, we are are so much in our heads that we don’t feel our bodies, we don’t even notice them.

Vinyasa flow helps us get in touch with ourselves - our whole self - and works on balancing body, mind and soul. It builds strength and flexibility to both body and mind and helps us getting in touch with our breath.

It helps us moving energy, prana, in the body. It unlocks stuck parts of ourselves and our bodies and awakens the flow inside of us.

I teach vinyasa flow very intuitively and I love to challenge myself and others and really get into the sweat.

The good thing about it and all yoga is that you always do you - meaning that if there is something you or your body can’t or don’t want to do - you just don’t do it, or you do something else that feels good for you.

This practice is for everyone!

Kundalini Yoga.

Kundalini yoga is called “the Yoga of Awareness” - it is in a way a one-stop-shop, a “workout” for our whole system, our body, mind and soul.

We have the physical asana practice - postures - combined with stillness, eye focus, body locks, mudras, breath work, meditation, music and mantras.

It’s a lot about angles and triangles and to be honest, some of the postures and sounds we do in this yoga are really weird and funny looking but they work and they work fast.

It is actually one of he fastest techniques I have tried for healing and for just feeling good and happy.

These are techniques and tools to strengthen not only our physical body, but also our mind and all of our inner domains such as the nervous system and the glandular system.

It really is for everyone, no matter your previous experience and it is for the “householder”, i.e. for all of us living in society, with families, relationships, of daily struggles, challenges and stresses of maintaining jobs, raising families, and managing businesses.

I have personally found these practices amazing and they have really helped me to live a life in flow, abundance and happiness.

I teach kundalini yoga with a feminine touch, from my heart and my intuition and I love to find new ways of exploring and practicing these techniques.
